You can't sit and eat at gaglianos Market but you can at gaglianos little restaurant which is just around the corner on Northern.
Does Gags make their own soppressata?
Don't know for sure. They have their own recipes. Give them a call they are very a friendly family

The moment I walked in I knew I would love it. Smell just like my Nonna's kitchen. Love their fresh homemade sausage and their lunch meat along with other Italian items that we can't get here in Colorado Springs. Wish they would open one here. In Colorado Springs

This place has a mix of true Italian items & American junk. It's over priced, very cramped & unorganized inside and just to make your visit complete, the lady at the deli counter it pretty rude. The older gentleman at the register is very nice though.
